Yes, we ship to most countries via USPS and UPS or DHL
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping takes approximately 12-14 business days with processing time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Are these dreadlocks reusable?
Yes! Our synthetic dreadlocks (DE/SE) are high quality and can be reused many times. Just wash them properly after each installation.
Is it safe for my natural hair?
Absolutely. If installed correctly, synthetic dreadlocks do not damage your hair. They act as a protective style while your natural hair grows.
How many dreadlocks do I need for a full head?
For a full install, we usually recommend 45-50 double-ended (DE) dreads or 70-80 single-ended (SE) dreads. For a partial install or mohawk, 20-30 dreads are enough.

Can I wash my head while wearing dreadlocks?
Yes. You can wash your scalp once a week or every 10 days using soapy water (diluted shampoo). Avoid using conditioners or oils on the roots.
How long can I wear them?
We recommend wearing synthetic dreadlocks for 1.5 to 2 months. After that, they should be removed to give your natural hair a rest.

Can I return my order?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the item is unused and the packaging is unopened. Custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
